Kensington loves to read.
Most times she wants to read the book herself and won't let Mommy anywhere near the book to read to her.

I miss the days she would crawl in my lap for me to read a story.
Now she climbs on the couch and says "come on Mommy" so she can read to me.
Awww...She's such a big girl now! Storytime is one of the only times Gracie will let me hold her. I don't know what I'll do when she stops cuddling up in my lap. :( Why, oh why do they grow so fast!?
ReplyDeleteWhen Kensington's daddy was little, there were several books he had memorized because I read them to him over and over. A really cute thing happened. When my baby brother was about eight I told him Chad could read. Chad got his book and read the whole story not missing any words. His uncle was really shocked. It was funny.
